Four Points by Sheraton Suwon

This is a good location for Suwon; a short walk to the subway/metro. The bed was very comfortable…not too hard and not too soft. Great shower pressure and options for the hand-held shower head. My favorite part was the bidet/toilet in one!!! Great fitness room, maid service, etc. A clean and exceptional facility. The help at the front desk ordered us a taxi the day we left to take us to the Inchon airport. A very comfortable, clean and spacious KIA. Very nice. I will come here again!

The staff and team were absolutely amazing! I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I have to say, the service here truly stood out. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay exceptional.

In general, I was quite satisfied with the stay. The staff at the front desk were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. I like the breakfast selection or the building facilities itself.

Location is good. Very convenient to get to shops. Room is very clean.

The room was really nice, quite big. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was offering a lot of choice of food (korean, english, french) and drinks.
